Digital is a single line of numerals scaled to the width of the screen, showing hours, minutes, seconds and AM/PM. It is the face to pick when the clock has a job to do rather than a room to decorate, and the only one here that is comfortably legible from the far side of a room or in the corner of a video call.
Tap the readout. The seconds drop away and the hours and minutes grow to take the space back, so a glanceable clock becomes a calm one without changing anything else. Tap again to bring the seconds back. The choice is remembered on that device.
Quartz and Mechanical describe how a hand travels between positions, and Digital has no hand — the digits simply change. The movement row collapses when you select this face, which is why it is the one face in ART'EDGE with no movement option.
