Sigil is a clock face that replaces hands with four rings of numerals turning against each other. The hours sit on the outside, then the half-hours, the minutes, and the seconds closest to the middle. Each ring turns at its own rate, so the time is the one arrangement the whole figure can be in at that moment. It is the face ART'EDGE opens on.
The rings are drawn in a single ink at four different strengths rather than in four colours. That is what makes the outer ring read as near and the inner ones as far — the face has depth without ever introducing a second hue, which is why it survives the dark theme and the coloured backgrounds unchanged.
Sigil runs on Quartz or Mechanical. A thin pointer crosses the rings at the current second: Quartz steps it once a second, Mechanical sweeps it continuously. There is no Strings or Dots variant here — the ring geometry is doing the work a second hand would do elsewhere.
